My name is Mark Iacocca and for over 20 years I have been designing custom homes and additions. Housetopia.io was created in 2023 as a one-stop-shop for custom home design services with the addition of a house plan marketplace and resources for home owners and builders. We work in all 50 states but our focus is on the Boston real estate market and surrounding communities. If you are a developer or a home owner with a new project, we would love to hear from you.

OUR TOOLS
DRAFTING AND DESIGN
Revit is the gold standard for architectural design development and construction drawings. Its intuitive features and modeling capabilities allow for rapid acceleration of the design process. We use Revit for all of our design development work and construction drawing creation. We also use Revit to develop our base 3-D models for renderings and presentations.
RENDERING AND VISUALIZATION
The same technology that powers the worlds best video games in Unreal Engine has been packaged for architects and designers into a program called Twinmotion. Housetopia.io uses Twinmotion to create 3-D visualizations for our projects including still renderings, videos and stunning panorama sets to allow clients to "walk" through their virtual design.
